VILKEN INFORMATION SAMLAS IN?
Hemsidan samlar in information från dig när du epostar oss, prenumererar på nyhetsbrevet eller anmäler dig till en vandring.
VEM HANTERAR UPPGIFTERNA?
Ansvarig för att hantera informationen är styrelsen för Kullaledens Vänner Förening, org.nr: 802492-9484, c/o Höganäs Kommun, Centralgatan 20, 263 38 Höganäs.
VARFÖR SKA UPPGIFTERNA SAMLAS IN?
1. Uppgifter du anger i ett kontaktformulär används för att besvara och hantera din förfrågan. För ändring eller radering av de uppgifter som vi kan tänkas ha om dig, vänligen sänd epost till info@kullaleden.se.
2. Uppgifter du anger vid bokning av vandring etc används för att hantera din bokning, och skicka information som rör din bokning. För bokningar tar vi hjälp av SimpleSignup som agerar som föreningens ombud. Datan ägs av föreningen och lagras av Simple Signup AB på uppdrag av föreningen. Föreningen använder datan för kommunikation runt det evenemang du bokar. Simple Signup använder, på uppdrag av arrangören, e-post och eventuellt telefonnummer för att färdigställa din bokning. Denna data kan delas med tredje part (tex för att skicka bekräftelsemail och SMS-bekräftelser mm). Om du vill veta vilken data som finns sparad, ändra sparad data eller radera data har du rätt till det. Kontakta i sådana fall föreningen på info@kullaleden.se.
3. Uppgifter du anger vid prenumeration av nyhetsbrevet används för att sända nyhetsbrevet. För avanmälan av nyhetsbrevet, vänligen använd den länk som återfinns i nyhetsbrevet sidfot. Efter radering av de uppgifterna kan vi inte skicka dig nyhetsbrev längre.
HUR SKYDDAR vi DINA UPPGIFTER?
Vi genomför en rad säkerhetsåtgärder för att upprätthålla säkerheten för din personliga information. Hemsidan använder t.ex SSL (LetsEncrypt). All information överförs krypterat (SSL) och kan endast att göras tillgänglig för de som godkänts med särskilda rättigheter för dessa systemen, och som är skyldiga att hålla informationen konfidentiell. Ingen känslig information lagras på våra servrar.
ANVÄNDS COOKIES?
Ja. Cookies är små filer som en webbplats eller dess tjänsteleverantör sparar till din dators hårddisk genom din webbläsare (om du så tillåter). Detta inbegriper inte betrodd tredje part som hjälper oss att driva vår hemsida, bedriva vår verksamhet, eller ge service till dig, så länge dessa parter är överens om att hålla denna information konfidentiell, i enligt med ingångna avtal och innehållet i denna policy.

WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?
The website collects information from you when you email us, subscribe to the newsletter or sign up for a event.
WHO HANDLES THE DATA?
Responsible for managing the information is the Kullaledens Vänner Förening, 802492-9484, c/o Höganäs Municipality, Centralgatan 20, 263 38 Höganäs.
WHY DO WE COLLECT THE DATA?
1. The information you provide in a contact form is used to answer and manage your request. For modification or deletion of the information we may have about you, you are entitled to it. Please send an email to info@kullaleden.se.
2. The information you submit when booking an event is used to manage your booking and send information relating to your booking. For bookings, we use SimpleSignup, acting as our representative. The data is owned by the us and is stored by Simple Signup AB on behalf of us. We uses the data for communication around the event you booked. Simple Signup uses, on behalf of us, e-mail and possibly telephone number to complete your booking. This data can be shared with third parties (such as sending confirmation email and SMS confirmations, etc.). If you want to know which data is stored, change saved data or delete data, you are entitled to it. In such cases, contact the association at info@kullaleden.se.
3. The information you provide when subscribing to the newsletter is used to send the newsletter. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, please use the link provided in the newsletter footer. After deleting this information, we can not send you the newsletter any longer.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA?
We implement a number of security measures to maintain the security of your personal information. For example, the website uses SSL (LetsEncrypt). All information is transmitted encrypted (SSL) and may only be made available to those authorized with special rights to these systems and are required to keep the information confidential. No sensitive information is stored on our servers.
ARE COOKIES USED?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a website or its service provider saves to your computer’s hard drive through your browser (if you allow). It allows websites or service providers to recognize your browser and capture and remember information. DO NOT SHARE ANY INFORMATION TO OUTSTANDING?
We do not sell, exchange or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party. This does not include trusted third parties that help us manage our website, conduct our services, or provide service to you as long as these parties agree to keep this information confidential, in accordance with the agreements entered into and the content of this Policy.
MODIFICATIONS
If we decide to change the privacy policy, we will publish these changes on this page.
